| Shrubs around A/C units |

Hi everyone. It was brought to our attention that M/I Home does not put plants around the tranformers or those unsightly boxes that are for utilities. They also, missed putting plants around the A/C uinit flower beds in a few houses. If you dont have plants around your A/C uinits...feel free to contact Nancy Lee our property manager. She's contacted M/I Homes..and they've asked for the addresses of home owners that did not get shrubs around the A/C unit plant beds. You may want to see if they will put them around the transformers if you have one on your property instead...but I can't guarantee that they will because they may say they are obstructing the utility easement.
