To all Boyette Oaks Residents - Please read!
It seems that the management company has sent out a meeting notice that was not scheduled with the approval of the board. The notice had a past due date of November 13, 2008 and a future date for November 24, 20008. We are NOT having an annual meeting at Country Walk. However, we will be having a Board Meeting at 29847 Prairie Falcon Dr in which we will review the "proposed" budget, make changes and set a date for the Annual Meeting. You are all welcome to attend the board meeting which starts at 7:00 pm. For those of you who weren't aware we have our board meetings on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm EST. Usually, at the same address unless otherwise, stated. Again, we apologize for the confusion and will have the management company send out a notice once, the correct dates are scheduled.

Our Board meeting will be as follows: Date: April 27, 2009 Time: 7:00 pm EST Note: Board meetings are usually held on the 4th Monday of the month at 7:00pm.
